I believe that each of us has inner strength and support. But sometimes feelings and difficult life events, like fog, hide it from us — and then therapy helps us see and feel that support again.
About Me

I was born in Kyrgyzstan, studied in Turkey and Moscow, then ended up in Malaysia and now continue to live in the tropics. I came to psychology by a no less winding path. I have had and still have a strong interest in theatre, which in time grew into love. I was very curious about the therapeutic effect of theatre, and in trying to understand it I found my way into psychotherapy.
After my bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology I continued training and became a certified psychodrama therapist; I still see my own therapist and attend supervision. I became a psychodrama therapist because in this method, theatre is alive.

Approach
My role in working with you
In my work, it's very important to move together with the client, where my work becomes your support, helping you take independent steps in the future. I believe that everyone has inner resources that help overcome difficult situations and find answers. My job is to help you understand your feelings and make your own decisions — we'll take small steps together so that later you can continue moving forward on your own.

Testimonials
Слова тех, кто уже прошёл этот путь
I am very grateful to you for your work, love for what you do, the sense of safety in therapy, and the opportunity to be sincere without fear of judgment.
In turn, I also want to express my gratitude to Nargiz for today's session. I discovered fairy tale drama, understood how deeply and painlessly one can see their behavioral patterns from the outside and where I take on too much. She showed how to do things differently by re-enacting the situation. She was a wonderful guide. A very valuable experience.
After several sessions, I felt powerful changes in my internal state. Layer by layer, working through painful situations, I began to feel inner relief from the burden of pain that had been eating away at me for a long time. With you, I was able to work through very deep suppressed feelings that I couldn't resolve on my own for years. I understand there's still a long journey ahead, but I have a sense that together we've laid a solid foundation for change.

Books
More than just reading books I love discussing them. From that desire came various book clubs, and combined with psychology, groups at the intersection of psychotherapy and books. From a love of books and of groups, a manga and anime lovers' club was once created among the books, in a library.
Now I run the Ch. Aitmatov Book Club in the centre of Kuala Lumpur and also take an active part in running the "Open the Book" book club in Kuala Lumpur.

Theatre
I've already talked about my love of theatre. But in recent years I've become increasingly drawn to social theatre. I follow interesting theatres and sometimes write about them.
I also volunteer running theatre workshops in Kuala Lumpur: — for children from disadvantaged families in a shelter, — and for teenagers at a school for refugees from Myanmar.
For me, theatre is not just a stage and performance, but a space where we can talk about what matters, develop communication and social skills, try being ourselves and feel a little less alone.
